Add `KVStore` interface trait

We upstream the `KVStore` interface trait from LDK Node, which will
replace `KVStorePersister` in the coming commits.

Besides persistence, `KVStore` implementations will also offer to `list`
keys present in a given `namespace` and `read` the stored values.
