Reexport RouteHintHop

Earlier @benthecarman re-exported `RouteHint` to make life-easier
for developpers that use `lightning-invoice` and don't use the
`lightning`-crate.

This only solved part of the issue. To create a `RouteHint` the
developer must also have access to `RouteHintHop`.
