Add libcurl-dev to CI runs that build kcov

kcov appears to have added curl as a dependency in
https://github.com/SimonKagstrom/kcov/commit/aa460327e0f10168bc4fc7340da9f42b96d14b64
causing our script (which was copied from Codeov's examples) to
fail to build it.
